Note: Uhmmed is not a hospital or healthcare provider. We act as a facilitator to connect users with partner hospitals, doctors, and diagnostic centers.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using our Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, truthful, and current.
3. Medical Disclaimer

Uhmmed does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All consultations and medical opinions are provided by licensed doctors or partner hospitals.

4. Membership & Payments

Family Health Card membership fees, discounts, and cashback terms will be displayed on the website or communicated during enrollment.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and subject to partner hospital policies.

Refunds are subject to Uhmmed’s refund policy, which will be shared at the time of purchase.
5. Partner Hospitals & Third-Party Services

Uhmmed does not control or guarantee the quality of medical services provided by partner hospitals, doctors, or diagnostic centers.

Any disputes regarding treatment, quality of service, billing, or diagnosis must be resolved directly with the respective provider.
6. Cashback & Discounts

Cashback offers are subject to specific terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.

Uhmmed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate cashback schemes at any time without prior notice.
7. Privacy & Data Security

By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal and medical data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. User Obligations

Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Uhmmed, we strive to ensure that our users have a smooth and reliable experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services, memberships, and bookings.
1. Membership (Family Health Card)

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

If cancellation is requested before activation (within 48 hours of payment), a full refund may be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
2. Hospital Visit / Consultation Bookings

Users may cancel hospital appointments booked through Uhmmed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund (after deducting transaction charges, if any).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

In case the partner hospital/doctor cancels an appointment, users are eligible for a 100% refund or free rescheduling.
3. Diagnostic Services

Cancellation is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled diagnostic test.
-
Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable charges (logistics, sample collection, etc.).
-
No refunds for cancellations made after sample collection or once the test has been conducted.
4. Cashback Offers

Cashback amounts, once credited, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
If a service is cancelled after availing a cashback offer, the cashback amount (if already credited) will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Mode of Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Exceptions (No Refunds)
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

No-shows for hospital visits, consultations, or diagnostic appointments.
-
Partial use of membership benefits.
-
Services rendered by partner hospitals/doctors/diagnostic centers once consumed.
7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should be raised with our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

Uhmmed will investigate and make a final decision in line with this Policy.
